Shipping policy

At Wordophobia, we strive to deliver high-quality, custom-printed apparel to our customers in a timely manner. Please review our Shipping Policy to understand how your order will be processed, fulfilled, and delivered.
1. Order Processing & Fulfillment
All orders are handled and shipped by third-party print-on-demand partners. Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, it will be sent to a POD-connected fulfillment partner for production.
Processing Time:
- Most orders are processed and sent to production within 2–7 business days.
- During peak seasons or high-volume periods, processing may take up to 7 business days.
Note: As a print-on-demand brand, production and shipping timelines are estimates and not guarantees.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Shipping times vary based on the product, fulfillment location, and destination.
Estimated Shipping Times (after fulfillment):
- United States: 3–8 business days
- Canada: 5–10 business days
- International: 10–30 business days
Shipping is handled by third-party carriers selected by our fulfillment partners (e.g., USPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.). Tracking information will be provided once available.
Note: Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Customs clearance, weather, or carrier-related delays may impact delivery times, especially for international orders.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and selected shipping method. Free Shipping may apply to U.S. orders over a certain amount (e.g., "$75+"). Promotions will be clearly advertised.
Note: International Fees: Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees (Wordophobia does not cover these charges). These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery. Wordophobia does not cover these additional costs.
4. Shipping Address & Order Changes
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete. Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. Wordophobia is not responsible for orders that are lost, delayed, or undelivered due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
- Refused shipments
- Failure to collect packages from carriers
If an order is returned to the sender due to an address error, the customer may be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
However, your satisfaction matters to us. If you realize there is a mistake in your shipping address, please contact us at wordophobia@gmail.com within 24 hours of ordering. We will do our best to work with you and find a reasonable solution.
5. Lost, Stolen, Damaged or Delayed Packages
If your package appears lost or has not arrived within 30 days (domestic) or 45 days (international), please contact us at wordophobia@gmail.com. We will work with our print provider to investigate the issue and, where possible, offer a resolution.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the damage. We’ll review your request and, if eligible, provide a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
Wordophobia is not liable for delivery delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control. We are also not responsible for stolen packages after delivery. If package security is a concern, we recommend selecting a shipping option that requires a signature upon delivery.
6. Order tracking
When your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active. If you have not received tracking information within 7 business days, contact us at wordophobia@gmail.com.

8. Changes to This Shipping Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to our website.
